August 21, 2015 Lunch Meeting

"Looking to Drive Efficiency? Don't Forget About the Hearts and Minds"

This month we'll hear Dick Klein, IT Consultant and Smoke Jumper for the Mt. Franklin Group, discuss how we can best respond to pressure to remain competitive and the drive for internal efficiency. While process optimization efforts like Lean are a key piece of the effort, they risk failure without an effective "hearts and minds" campaign. Dick will use IT examples to show STAR attendees how to employ this technique in virtually any setting involving human beings.

Please view this menu prior to the meeting and email Stephanie with your entrée choice. Thank you!

Free covered parking is located in the structure that is connected to Chinook's building. From Fiddler's Green Parkway, turn in at the north end of the building and then turn right into the garage.  There is an entrance to Chinook Tavern from the ground floor level of the garage.
