Suzy Lewis is the founder of SHINEhealth and a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She believes nutrition is a direct path to nourish the body and the soul and when we see food for what it can be – healing, restorative, and life-altering – true wellness can be achieved. Dedicated to her craft for more than 20 years, Suzy uses behavioral science, practical planning and natural remedies for health and wellness to instill meaningful and lasting change. After earning a degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, she became a researcher, studying thyroid function and cancer and later used her science-based background and her passion for wellness to launch SHINEhealth. She has since hosted virtual cooking segments and workshops around the world, as well as coaching at the individual and corporate levels.
