For over 20 years Joe has served in sales and sales leadership roles and has been the recipient of many awards for outstanding performance. His proven results in sales and management led to the development of a sales effectiveness model emphasizing right people, right thinking, right action, right results. Joe leads from his successful experience, not just from knowledge. He combines his success mind-set and skills with a love of the sales profession. Whether it is a tangible product or intangible service, a high or low ticket item, Joe combines exceptional expertise with real world, in-the-trenches, practical experience. This includes screening, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, training and managing high-performing salespeople. He has a keen interest in new client acquisition, product and market strategies. Joe has started sales teams from the ground-up and transformed under-performing teams. Having had P&L experience, he brings a unique business approach to sales.
Joe previously was an award winning sales and leadership training coach with a nationally recognized leader in the training industry. His previous experience includes positions of Chief Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Growth Specialist, General Manager, Director of Sales, Brach Manager and Senior Account Executive at local companies and national companies Mitel, Expanets, Lucent Technologies and AT&T.
