He is a believer in giving his teams the opportunity to be successful. As a leader in the Army and business, he looks at it as “Enabling Your Team’s Success”. He believes that better leaders create better organizations, better organizations create better communities, and better communities will create a better world.

He's used those skills and experiences to build successful teams, business units, and companies in the business world. He's led capture efforts and proposal development for large and small firms. These efforts have ranged from small task orders to multiple large entity Joint Ventures.
